Information collected about leads
Depending on submission type, we may collect a lead name, suburb, property address, phone, email, selling timeframe, contact preferences, and context.
Permissioned and unpermissioned submissions
Permissioned referrals may allow direct contact. Unpermissioned tips are treated as market signals and require manual review before any contact pathway changes.
How information is reviewed
Admins review lead quality, duplicates, permission status, approach mode, and reward eligibility.
Sharing with partners
Lead information may be shared with assigned partners only where permission and approach rules allow it.
Lead response and removal
A lead may use a one-time response page to confirm contact, decline contact, update details, or request no further contact.
Contact preferences
Contact preferences and consent changes are recorded in permission records and lead events.
Data retention
Referral, lead, event, audit, and payout records may be retained for operational, dispute, and compliance purposes.
Security
The app uses role checks, Supabase Row Level Security, token hashing, audit logs, and restricted access to private lead details.
